Project Opening Meeting Held in Ankara

The Project Opening Meeting, marking the official start of the project, was held in Ankara with the participation of project partners and relevant stakeholders. During the meeting, the overall objectives of the project, expected outcomes, and the general framework for the implementation process were discussed in detail.

The project activity timeline, activities planned for the target groups, and the responsibilities of the partners were clarified during the opening meeting. In addition, participants exchanged views on the methods to be followed, coordination mechanisms, and communication processes in line with the work packages included in the project application form.

The meeting concluded with the establishment of a common understanding to ensure that the project process is carried out in a transparent, well-planned, and collaborative manner.
